INFORMATION / SUPPORT
Here to help.
FocusKey is in private iPhone testing. Tell us what happened and we’ll help you get back to your intended setup.
Email support@cybrpulse.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, app build, and what you saw. Please do not send NFC card contents or private Screen Time selections.
Screen Time access
During setup, allow the Family Controls request from iOS and choose the apps, categories, or supported websites for a profile. If access is off later, use the request button in FocusKey Settings. iOS Settings remains the place to manage this permission.
Pairing a card
Use a writable NTAG213, NTAG215, or NTAG216 card. Hold the top of your iPhone near the card during the write scan, then present that same card for the confirmation scan. A card near metal may need an on-metal or ferrite-backed design. If writing may have succeeded before an error, choose “Already written? Verify this key” to scan it without overwriting.
A scan does not work
Move the top edge of the iPhone slowly across the card, remove a thick case if needed, and try again. If the card is read-only, unsupported, or too small, use another compatible writable card. A different or removed card cannot end a session.
Ending focus or losing a card
Open FocusKey and scan any key paired with that iPhone to end manual focus or an active schedule early. If every key is lost, use the confirmed “Lost your key?” recovery in Settings. It clears FocusKey’s restrictions on that phone and requires a freshly written and verified key for future sessions.
